Hotel General
What are the check in and check out times during my stay?
You can check in with us from 3:00 p.m. and check out is until 11:00 a.m.
Until what time is the hotel reception open?
The hotel reception is open 24/7, which means that there will always be someone there to welcome you, regardless of your time of arrival.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
No, it is not allowed to bring pets to the hotel.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
The hotel is completely non-smoking. That means no smoking in the hotel, rooms, balcony and other public areas.
What payment methods are accepted?
At the reception we accept the following payment methods: pin (contactless) or by credit card. Payment with cash is not possible.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes, luggage storage is available free of charge if you wish to leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
The hotel does not have specific wheelchair-adapted rooms, but wheelchair-accessible rooms can be contacted at the front desk for availability and options.
I am not yet 18 years old, can I stay in the hotel?
It is allowed when the parents have signed a written statement. We also ask for a copy of the passport of all underage guests, in case there is no adult present.
What is the reason you have to give your credit card?
To guarantee your reservation before arrival, the amount on your credit card will be authorized at noon on the day before your arrival. At check-in you can pay with another payment card, the authorization taken earlier will be cancelled.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation by contacting the booking channel where you made your reservation. Please check your personal reservation confirmation for the specific cancellation policy.
Restaurant
What are the breakfast opening hours?
From Monday to Friday you can use breakfast from 07:00 - 11:00. On weekends, it can be from 07:30 to 11:30.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
From Monday through Sunday, you can enjoy dinner at our restaurant Waves at the Kurhaus from 12:00 - 9:30 pm.
What are the bar opening hours?
The bar is open daily from 11:00 am - 11:00 pm.
Breakfast is not included in the reservation, can we still take advantage of breakfast?
Yes it is certainly possible to use breakfast. Please contact the hotel by phone to adjust your reservation for this purpose.
Spa & Beauty
What are the opening hours of the Spa & Beauty?
The Spa & Beauty and swimming pool are open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Is the Spa & Wellness open only to adults or also to children?
The Spa & Beauty is open every day from 08:00 to 20:00. During 'Oasis of Tranquility' hours, the Spa & Beauty (incl the pool) is only open to guests 18 years and older.
Spa & Beauty opening hours:
- 08:00 - 10:00 a.m. Oasis of Tranquility, 18+.
- 10:00 - 17:00 hours Family Hours
- 17:00 - 20:00 Oasis of calm, 18+
Can I use the pool for free?
Use of our Spa & Beauty is complimentary for hotel guests. Beauty treatments can be reserved for an additional fee. Check the website for current prices.
Do reservations need to be made to use the pool?
There is no need to make reservations to use the pool. However, please note the opening hours for “Oasis of Rest” and “Family Hours.
Car, Bicycle and Public Transport
Does the hotel have its own parking lot?
Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus has a private parking lot with 43 parking spaces, 4 of which are equipped with electric charging stations. Parking in the hotel's private parking lot is charged.
What parking options are available? Can I rent a bicycle during my stay?
Upon arrival, you may use our paid parking lot. If there is no availability in our own parking lot, we will direct you to one of the nearby parking lots.
Can I rent a bicycle during my stay?
Yes sure, you can rent a regular or an electric bike during your stay at our reception.
Is the hotel easily accessible by public transportation?
Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus is easily accessible from the center of The Hague by public transport, car and bicycle. If you travel by public transport, it is best to use streetcar lines 0 and 1 and for the bus line 21, 22 or 23.
